ENERMAX
The unique hybrid storage heat exchanger operates as an unpressurised tank with stainless steel corrugated heat exchange coils. The tank internal and external walls are impact resistant polypropylene and house heat retaining insulating foam. As the tank is non-pressurised, expansion and contraction is reduced and tank wear and tear is minimized significantly increasing system durability and longevity.
The tank is designed with delivered water quality to the end users being paramounts as well as to function with minimal maintenance with optimised heated water flow rates via stainless steel single or multiple coils.
The stored water in the tank is completely separated from the delivered water as the unique extruded coils collect heat energy and deliver flow direct from mains cold supply with the necessary heat transfer occurring as energy is collected, used and maintained.
BENEFITS & ADVANTAGES
BENEFITS & ADVANTAGES
Low heat loss (1.4kW/24 hrs or 2.4°C/24 hrs) and high efficiency uses less fuel, therefore saving money and reducing CO2 emissions.
- Stored hot water is heated by one or multiple external energy sources.
- ENERMAX tank feature marine grade 316 stainless steel coils separating domestic hot water and stored hot water.
- Sophisticated innovative technology backed by 25 years’ experience.
- Highest level of hygiene by the separation of the storage tank water from domestic water. No deposits, no legionella generation.
- Compact design, low weight, minimum space requirement and simple installation.
- Modular system: Interconnection of several storage tanks possible for high-volume hot water demand.
ENERGY YIELD UTILISATION
ENERGY YIELD UTILISATION
The unique design function of the ENERMAX system allows for various energy sources to be utilised and yields collected from gas, electricity PV and water based solar collectors, heat pump and even ground sourced heat provisions.
DELIVERY QUANTITY
DELIVERY QUANTITY
Functioning to fully utilise energy transfer via the stainless coil heat exchange principles, the delivered heated water is not potentially compromised with system debris as the heat source supply contacts the external extruded coil layer where only heat transfers occurs. The end result is sediment, rust and other swarf deposits cannot affect plant performance or delivered water quality paramount to safe and hygienic supply.
PLANT SUSTAINABILITY & DURABILITY
PLANT SUSTAINABILITY & DURABILITY
As the ENERMAX tank is non pressurised, typical pressure deterioration is non-existent resulting in low maintenance and high durability combined with simple functional operation and performance.
The tank being a plastic composite has non rust characteristics with no requirement of additional cathodic protection via sacrificial anodes. As no pressure is built or created, excessive heat and water is not lost via temperature and pressure control devices.
PERFORMANCE
PERFORMANCE
The ENERMAX system can be adapted flexibly to your individual hot water requirements. For any application several ENERMAX tanks are connected in a modular fashion so that even output capacities can be created of virtually any size. With a minimal pressure drop, you can experience a consistency or pressure regardless of expected high usage patterns and expectations.
MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE
All parts and components of the system are removable and replaceable without the removal of the associated tank or without major supply disruption.
PLUG AND PLAY
PLUG AND PLAY
At order the system can be customised to meet internal or external location with flexibility and aesthetics in mind to suit to most challenging project design scopes.
